Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984 is a stand-up comedian and actor recognized for her witty humor. She plays April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. Her debut came on the Jeannie Tate Show the web series that focuses on sketch comedy and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Aubrey Christina Plaza born Wilmington Delaware The granddaughter of attorney Bernadette Plass and financial specialist David Plaza. She has Puerto Rican parents and an English-born mother from Ireland. Plaza has graduated from a Catholic All-Girls school in 2002. She also graduated in 2005 from Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. When she was in her senior year at her high school years, she was President of the Student Council at her all-girls Catholic school as well as a participant in Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza had stroke in her second year of the college. It left her with an expressive aphasia as well being paralyzed. She's now completely recovered. Plaza has performed improv comedy as well as sketches at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since 2004. There are three theaters: The Laugh Factory, The Improv, and The Laugh Factory in N.Y.C. are all places where she performed stand up comedy. Plaza played Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street. HarmonQuest In 2016, HarmonQuest was a show that featured Plaza in the role of Hawaiian Coffee. The same year she portrayed Aaron Burr In Drunk History and Cat Adams in Season 11 of the C.B.S. Television show Criminal Minds. She made a triumphant return to her role was in the 12th season of Criminal Minds. In the year following, it was revealed later that Plaza will be a part of an independent comedy called An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn.
