Holly is the third woman in history to have been married. First, she married the actor Danny Quinn. The couple got married in 1991 and two years later divorced. Jim Carrey met her in 1994 while attending his Ace Ventura Pet Detective auditions. Although she didn't get the part in Ace Ventura the Pet Detective, they did form a bond when they worked on Dumb and Dumber. The couple got married in. Their wedding lasted less than a month, before they split up in the year 1997. The year 2001 saw Holly was married Francis Greco. A Canadian birthed investment banker. When she was married Greco, in 2008 she was granted Canadian citizenship. The couple divorced in 2014. separated. Holly and her children reside with her family in Oakville, Ontario. Holly, Grant Grant's family along with the Hobart William Smith Colleges established an A Fund to honour her brother Alexander. Holly stated that Alexander "was one of the boys who had many hopes, dreams and ideas". Alexander was only 14 years old older when he died and he traveled extensively across Central America and Europe, and lived in New York City, and Los Angeles. His experiences have inspired him in the field of architecture as well as archaeology.

Alaina Suddeth is sister of Kristy Suddeth (Rossville, Georgia) and J. J. Suddeth. Her father works in Chattanooga as a tech. Her first singing experience began when she was just three years old. The first performances she performed in public came with a kids choir and a place to go on vacation that provided karaoke. She sang at church at restaurants, in the midst of family holidays, and wherever she was able to within a 30 mile distance. Alaina was a contestant at her first Southern Stars Pageant at 8 and took the crown. The winner was selected to perform on the Kids Talent stage of Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. The stage performance were on for a while until she turned 12, when she became an award-winning participant in a competition that allowed her to take part on the stage. When she was ten years old She traveled to Orlando, Florida for the American Model and Talent Competition. She beat 1,500 contestants to claim the title. Alaina sang with the Georgia Country Gospel Association's children's group. Alaina first went to Nashville at age 12. She performed in Tootsie's Bar, which is a bar in the area on Broadway. Alaina was the first winning Lake Winnepesaukah's WinniSTAR Youth Talent Competition in 2009. She composed and performed several songs, including Leaving the House, and set Me Free, as well. Alaina the cousin of Holly Witherow who suffers from a tumorous brain tumor, encouraged her to begin singing. Before Idol, Alaina worked at CiC's Pizza.
